A Victorian-style Picture

Hello all! So I've had a fine time in BC so far, it's crazy that we're only spending one more full day here. It's been a jam-packed visit, for sure, but I don't want to reveal too much yet. I do want to show you a great picture Mike and Allie and I are in that we had taken at the Burnaby Village on Saturday. We're dressed in the Victorian style. Merry Christmas and Happy Boxing Day!

So I've had an awesome Christmas (and Boxing Day) but I'm too lazy to go into detail. That's pretty much what seems to happen in these kinds of things, like diaries... if I forget to write, I get really bored with it. But I'm going to try to write more often now... of course, now that I'm going to Vancouver for a week... might be a little diffcult. :P Well, I'll say goodbye for now and maybe I'll write a little more tonight... I want to fix up the colours on my blog and add some new things around the blog posts. TTFN!

More adventures....

Well, yesterday was a pretty bad day, but today is much better, thank you. So yesterday I was super stressed about cal homework which I hadn't finishes completely, and a psych test I wasn't really ready for, and a political science project to write for today. In the morning, I was on the 201 and I knew I was going to be late for cal, and I really didn't want to sit in "the best seat in the house." But I got to school ten minutes late, got to my locker, heard my cell vibrating but ignored it, then ran to class, and realized the class was empty. So I checked my phone and it was a text from Lesley saying, "where are you? class is cancelled." So I went to her apartment and studied psych for three hours, with a short interlude consisting of me walking to couche-tard and then uniprix looking for a phone card (I did end up getting one). Then we went back to school for the psych test, and it took me half an hour, it was so easy. So then I called Rachael and she was talking with Mel in a hallway... and I'll continue this later. TTFN!

So i wanted to tell ya'll about my adventure, and then i realized i had told it all to lesley in our msn conversation so i copied and pasted and here you go!

and guess what happened to me this afternoon? well, i got on the 221, got off at the beaconsfield train station and went to the shopping center (the one jim was talking about) because i had to pick up some things, and then i walked to the closer stop for 5:00 when the 201 bus was supposed to show up. and it didn't. the next one was supposed to come at 5:35... and it didn't.

so at 3:40 i called jeannie as my toes were about ready to fall off, but she wasn't sure whether she could come get me because tonight's bible study, and there's a girl who comes early. so she said wait 10min and call back then. so i did, no bus, called jeannie, she said a different girl was early so she wouls stay and let Sarah in, so i told her i'd wait at the shopping center, and that's when...

i realized i couldn't feel my toes! so i got there and warmed up a bit, (...). but anyways... that was my cooooollllllddddd adventure.
